The world has turned upside down ever since Palestinians faced force expulsion from Sheikh Jarrah and when Israel bombed Gaza, almost everyone around the world started supporting Palestine and exposing the Israeli crimes.

How People Are Standing Against Israel

Over the past few days, we have seen many people trying to help the Palestinians through campaigns on social media platforms.

These campaigns are exposing the crimes against the Palestinians, exposing how the social media platforms are removing Palestinian content, and urging people to boycott the Israeli products and companies that support the Israeli military.

If you don’t know, there are some applications and websites that you might have used or still using that are actually Israeli. A man named Mohamad Alamuddin had posted on Facebook, some of the applications and companies that are Israeli or collaborate with the Israeli military.

So, today we will list you some of the Israeli applications and websites and some of their alternatives.

1- Any.do

Any.do is an application that can help the user manage their work and tasks

The app is used by millions of people and you probably used it or still have it on your phone. The bad news is that the application is Israeli!

Since many users will start uninstalling the application, we can tell you about some alternatives. You can start using Trello. Trello is a very famous platform that can help you organize your work and tasks and it is very easy to use.

In fact, you can find many alternatives on Google Play or when you just Google the app’s alternatives.

2- Babylon

Babylon is an Israeli online translation website.

Who needs a translation website when you have Google Translate, right?

3- eToro

eToro is an Israeli social trading and brokerage company; it focuses on providing financial and copy trading services.

4- Waze

This is also one of the most famous navigation applications. If you have it on your phone then you have to know that it is also Israeli.

Again we have to let Google steps in with its Google Maps.

5- Wix

Wix .com is an Israeli software company and it’s said to be one of the most famous website builders.

If this is your field of expertise then you probably used this website. If you’re looking for alternatives then the most famous one is WordPress of course, and if you don’t know, there’s an Egyptian one.

Wuilt is an Egyptian website builder, which can be a better replacement for Wix. The company had even done a comparison between itself and Wix, which you can see on their Facebook official page.

6- Viber

Unfortunately, we all have used Viber at a certain moment in our life.

Viber is like any other application that supports free calls and chat but if you still have it on your phone, you need to consider removing it.

There are many alternatives to Viber. If you’re looking for something other than Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, then you can try Signal –It has many privacy options-, people also use Telegram or Zoom.

7- 365Scores

365Scores is a website and an application that has all the football news and it even has a Twitter account in Arabic.

This platform is also known to be Israeli and if you’re looking for alternatives now then you can find Filgoal. The platform is Egyptian and all about football and you can download its application from the Google Play store.

8- Fiverr

Fiverr is an Israeli platform for freelancers. Whoever is looking for a freelance job, Fiverr can provide it but since we learned that it is Israeli, it’s probably the right time to delete your account.

If you’re looking for a freelance job or a full-time one, you can try Wuzzuf or Jobzella. Also, there’s another website for freelancers called Freelance Yard, which will suggest you many freelance jobs.

9- MyHeritage

Remember how people used to animate their parents’ and grandparents’ photos? Yup, My Heritage is Israeli.

This website can provide the user with their family tree and can animate photos, which was the trendiest topic a while ago.

Whether you used it or not, you need to know that it is Israeli and if you’re looking for an alternative then there’s an American application under the name of FamilySearch Tree.

10- Music Messenger

During our search, we came across a music application that could be on your phone.

Music Messenger is an Israeli music application; it’s not so special and can be replaced with better alternatives.

If you want a Middle Eastern one then we suggest you Anghami.

11- GlucoMe

GlucoMe is an application that connects with a device to measure and manage the user’s diabetes. This application is also Israeli and if you’re using it, you can find many alternatives to it but it might depend on the type of device you have.

12- Taboola

Taboola is a private advertising company that was founded in Israel and now headquartered in New York City.

You can view many articles and other types of content on the website; brands and content creators can even pay money for their content to be viewed.

If you know this website then you know it can be replaced by many other websites that are in the same field and can even provide better content.

You can try Pinterest, Buzzfeed, 9Gag, and many more.

13- Cortica

Cortica is an image recognition platform that is also Israeli. The platform depends on Autonomous AI that is capable of instant facial recognition.

These are the ones we could find, if you know other platforms or applications that are not listed, let us know in the comments.
