Instagram New Look, Inspired by the Community
In a statement Instagram said: ‘When Instagram started, it was a primarily a place to edit and share photos. Five years later, it’s a global community of interests where people share photos and videos, use new tools like Boomerang and Layout, and connect with others through Explore.

The former logo, a retro brown and cream camera with a rainbow brush that referenced the iconic Polaroid cameras, was instantly recognisable, but has been radically changed.
Instagram said the new design reflected how the app, bought by Facebook for $1 billion four years ago, had transformed since it was created.
The changes will be made in an update to Instagram’s Android and iOS apps on Wednesday.
