As we are getting ready to welcome the holy month of Ramadan in a few days, we are extremely excited to see what the brands have for us during this month. Every Ramadan we witness brands go viral for either their success or epic failure.

There are certain brands that we wait for their campaign every Ramadan to see if they will achieve success as big as last Ramadan or even bigger.

So, here are our most anticipated campaigns.

Telecom Companies

Etisalat

Last year, Etisalat surprised us with a sweet love story between the actor Ahmed Ezz and the actress Carmin Besebas through a number of copies, each one had a different love story.  what could Etisalat have for us this Ramadan?

Vodafone

As for Vodafone, last Ramadan the telecom company collaborated with the megastar Amr Diab and released a jingle-based advert under the name of “What We Have Is Life” or “Eli Benna Hayah”.

The campaign depended on the ‘Romance Appeal’ since it delivered a love story in the form of an advert.

who do you think the brand will collaborate with this time?

Telecom Egypt

We had the most popular and most loved advert last Ramadan. The brand collaborated with Kareem Mahmoud Abdelaziz and Yasmine Abdelaziz and presented how generations debate over Ramadan and how the holy month differs from one generation to another.

Orange

Orange collaborated with Nelly Kareem, Mona Zaki, and Dina El-Sherbini and recreated the famous song by Soaad Hosny “El Donia Rabee’. The advert received mixed feedback as some people thought it was cheerful while others saw it didn’t relate to Ramadan.

We wonder what the brand will be doing this Ramadan.

Real Estate

Badya

The real estate brand collaborated with the star Ahmed Malek and launched a one-of-a-kind campaign last Ramadan. Badya created a mini-series that consists of a number of copies that kept airing until the end of Ramadan.

The campaign received very positive feedback, which makes us wonder about what will Badya launch this Ramadan to top last year’s campaign.

Mountain View

Mountain View also launched a very unique campaign. The real estate developer depended on the fact that Ramadan is known to be the month of family gatherings so, it brought families together.

Mountain View gathered some families and surprised them with the attendance of their family members who have been living abroad for a long time.

The campaign was very emotional and it also received positive feedback.

Every Ramadan Mountain View surprises us with a very creative campaign and we can’t wait for this Ramadan’s surprise.

Food and Beverage

Pepsi and Coca-Cola

These two big brands haven’t launched any campaigns for a few years and to be frank, we deeply miss their creative campaigns.

Pepsi depended many times on the theme of nostalgia, which resulted in launching very creative campaigns. Ever since then, we haven’t seen Pepso prepare for something in Ramadan as it used.

As for Coca-Cola, it also didn’t launch any creative campaign recently and just like Pepsi, it doesn’t participate in the Ramadan race like it used to. Every year we wait for these two brands to launch a campaign that makes up for all this absence but unfortunately, it doesn’t happen!

We hope this Ramadan would be different and see a new campaign by the two brands.

White Goods and Home Appliance

Fresh

In 2021, Fresh went viral for its jingle-based advert that featured the singer Ruby and actress Dina El-Sherbini, which gained very positive feedback. Last year’s new campaign was not as big as the previous one. This is why we wonder how Fresh will be presenting its new Ramadan campaigns this year.

We’re hoping this Ramadan season will have many surprises and creative ideas.

Tell us which brand you’re excited to see its campaign.
