The holidays are always a family season, to be filled with joy and laughter from both the fully grown and youth alike. As we pass the first part of the holiday season with Christmas, the new year begins.

The new year symbolizes a rebirth, and encourages a moment of reflection, to breathe and praise ourselves for last year’s positive actions.

Etisalat’s premium tariff network, Etisalat Emerald, organized a full day filled with holiday spirit to surprise a group of special competition winners.

A Magical Christmas for Emerald Customers

Parents from across Cairo banded together to show off their children’s positive attitudes and actions throughout the year. For all the good boys and girls, Etisalat had a wonderful surprise.

Between Christmas and New Year’s Eve, Etisalat Emerald hosted several winners and their parents at Ski Egypt, alongside a very special green Santa Claus. For the day, the children and their parents enjoyed fun snowball fights, creating snow angels and other cold activities.

But before all the fun could begin, children were invited to say hi to the green Santa.

As any good Santa Claus, he and Etisalat Emerald asked for their wishes and with the help of Elves made them come true. Between the fun snowball fights and ice slides, the Emerald Elves ran to work, exploring the Mall of Egypt for the children’s wishes.

The elves then exploded onto the scene with gifts in hands for the children.

Some wanted iPhones, some wanted toys, but one little girl just wanted something to love.

Emerald’s green elves weren’t able to help there, but their favorite ambassador, Shereen Reda, was able to help young Yara with a special surprise of a young puppy in a heartwarming scene.

Since its launch, the network has placed an emphasis on quality and family, with all of the plans including free minutes to family and including up to 6 lines in their different plans.

Their newest event shows the network’s dedication to that emphasis, providing quality family time for the winners alongside various gifts and treats.
