It has been almost 2 months of boycotting all of the brands that support Israel and the boycott has a positive impact as some of the brands show how they were deeply affected. The boycott movement made people focus on other brands including the local ones; some brands became very popular during the boycott.

MEERA ADNAN

Meera Adnan Label is a Palestinian contemporary RTW label founded by Meera Adnan. Adnan was born in KSA but moved to Gaza in 2004. Adnan’s brand is a form of resistance against the apartheid country Israel. 

Adnna’s designs are an elegant mix of femininity with masculinity and they are inspired by religious, political, and local references. The designs become a symbol of Palestine honoring its culture and beauty.

Pali Roots

The brand is shedding light on the Palestinian culture through its keffiyeh and jewelry designs. The designs are inspired by the identity and the people of Palestine.

The brand was founded in 2019 and its designs are inspired by the Palestinian culture and heritage. 

Angham Khalil who is the founder of NNBYNN presents a powerful perspective on Palestinian fashion by explicitly using unisex apparel, minimalist design ethos, and muted color palettes.
