During the signing ceremony today, Yasser Ayoub, Al Ahly’s official spokesperson, commented:

“Al Ahly is very excited to have Uber as its official transportation partner, allowing our fans to enjoy their experience before and after the game, and to make transportation a smoother process to and from audience-attended matches.”

As a kick-off to the partnership, Uber is launching a competition to give away free tickets to its riders to provide them with the opportunity to attend ِAl Ahly’s first game of the African Championship League between Al Ahly and Bidvest Wits on Saturday, March 11 at Al Salam Stadium.

Riders will be able to join the competition by applying the promo-code ‘GoAhly’ on their Uber application for a chance to be one of the lucky winners. For the rest of the season, Uber riders are to expect a variety of campaigns to watch the matches in full spirit.
