2 days marketing research workshop will be organized next 4th and 5th of November 2015 to deliver practical, hands-on course covering the research process, designing a research proposal, designing appropriate research methods in addition to Practical tools and techniques for marketers and sales staff.

The workshop will be organized Egyptian Council for Training & Development (ECTD) and take place in Safir Hotel, Dokki and to be conducted by Radwa Abdel Hamid [Research Executive at The Nielsen Company] and Zeina Lotfy [Manager, Consumer Insights at The Nielsen Company].

ZEINA LOTFY
Zeina Lotfy

Having graduated from the Modern English School in 2005 and then from AUC in 2010, Zeina joined Nielsen in Oct 2010, Consumer Insights division looking after the Telecom sector.

Zeina has worked mostly on Telecom arena especially the quantitative business of Nielsen’s biggest account – Vodafone. As of 2014, Zeina moved to handle syndicated research for Nielsen where she looks after generic studies that aim to understand the Egyptian Consumer on several aspects.

Radwa Abdel Hamid
Radwa Abdel Hamid

Having graduated from the German School in Bab El Louk in 2005 and then from AUC in 2008, Radwa joined Nielsen in the Consumer Insights division looking after the non- FMCG sector with emphasis on healthcare,  automotive and real estate.Ever since, she has worked an array of sectors within the non-FMCG arena including but not limited to media, and retail. She has also looked after the quantitative business of Nielsen’s biggest regional account – PepsiCo. As of 2013, Radwa has returned to non-FMCG and has managed to acquire experience in brand heath tracking & customer satisfaction, pre and post ad testing as well as concept-product testing.
