This year, The Africa & Arabia Property Awards was held at the JW Marriott Marquis in Dubai to acknowledge the achievements of the African and Arabian region in real estate development, architecture, interior design and hospitality.

This prestigious award has been taking place for over 20 years and continues to celebrate the highest levels of achievements of the year, going through hundreds and thousands of applicants to choose their winners.

 

Winning it for Egypt

This year, Samcrete Development has been recognized at the Africa & Arabia Property Awards for its flagship project Pyramids Heights Residences project.
