Time is a great teacher. We all have the same 24 hours, how we use them is what sets us apart.

Investing in yourself to achieve your goals, requires lots of sacrifices and and holding on to your childish feeling of “I Can”. No matter the challenges and sacrifices as long as they serve your end goal then they are most definitely worth it, believe that you can and you will.

Practice Makes Perfect:

When putting your goal at the center of your life, everything else will fall in place. Every aspect of your life will align to serve this higher purpose.

The average human reaction time to visual stimuli is 0.25 seconds, however this duration will keep going down when you practice. Depends on how often and hard you practice, you will start straying from the “average “and start making your own record!

Red Bull, the famous energy drink manufacturer and sponsor of athletes, sports and musical events and have been supporting extreme sport as well.

To further market their brand image by associating it with being “Cool” and relevant to such sports, where drinking an energy drink is of high relevance.

Back in January 16th, Mohamed El Shorbagy announced that he is part of Red Bull family, as he signed a sponsorship deal with Red Bull. Together they are giving wings to success and Squash sport.

Red Bull and Being Number 1:

Red Bull posted few days ago a motivational advert featuring Mohamed El Shorbagy, expressing how he became number one! Not only in his reaction speed, but as well, the First ranking in the Professional Squash Association (PSA) World Tour 2016.

In the 1:30 minute advert he walks us through his success story, “It is not easy to be number 1”; conveying that practicing daily, holding on to your belief that “you can”, surrounding yourself with supportive people (Family), and keeping your eye on your goal are the fundamental pillars of great achievements.

We are glad and immensely motivated that sports other than football have been in the spotlight of many advertisements lately, like with Vodafone’s newest 4G ad featuring Amr Shabana and Ramy Ashour.

Egyptians have been dominating championships worldwide in many sports, but sadly, we have no idea about many of them.

There are lots of athletes, scientist and professionals who are kicking ass on a world-class level, and we are proud that they are Egyptians.

About Mohamed El Shorbagy:

Mohamed ElShorbagy has flown up the world rankings since joining the PSA in 2006 as a 15-year old schoolboy, in 2007 after he became the first player in history to secure a maiden PSA World Tour title at a five star event.

In 2013 he claimed his first World Series win in the Qatar Classic and exhibited some supreme form throughout the 2014 campaign, winning five events including World Series tournaments at the Hong Kong and US Opens.

US Opens in particular was significant because it elevated ElShorbagy to World No.1 for the first time in his career, becoming the fourth youngest player to reach the milestone.

El Shorbagy lifted the British Grand Prix title in September 2015. From December 2015 to April 2016 saw ElShorbagy dominate the PSA World Tour, bringing him up to six successive World Series title wins, including defending his crown at the British Open after ending a four-match winless run against Ashour.

During that period, ElShorbagy also broke Ashour’s record for the highest ever World Rankings points average in April, a record he then shattered again a month later.

A superb season was rounded off in style when he was crowned the 2016 PSA Men’s Player of the Year.
