realme is launching two brand new phones, realme C3 and realme 6i. On the 16th of March, realme announced the reveal date of their new phones which will be on Monday, the 23rd of March 2020.
realme C3 phone will be below 2500 EGP and as for realme 6i phone, it will be below 3000 EGP, which is considered to be in the average range price for the economic category.
The company’s strategy for 2020 is aiming to be one of the top three of the Egyptian Market since their last realme 5 series sold more than 320,000 devices; the device was listed as the “Sales Champion” in the category below 3000 EGP on “Souq.com”
As they are releasing two powerful phones, they are aiming for a successful launch because the phones have powerful and the best features.

C3: The Gaming Monster
realme C3 goes by the name “Gaming Monster”; it is a brand new addition to the C family, which has around 10.2 million users around the world. The main 4 features of C3 is the Battery, Performance, Display, and Camera. For the first time, realme used the world’s first MediaTek Helio G70 processor, which according to Antutu, has 39226 points for GPU, 72188 points for CPU and 195129 Points for SOC. The processor guarantees a speedy and strong performance for both gamers and mainstream users.
C3 will come in both Blazing Red and Frozen Blue and with one edition of 3GB RAM and 64 GB ROM. The battery capacity is 5000mAH, which will enable the users to enjoy gaming as much as they want and for the mainstream users, they can enjoy hours of online streaming. One of the greatest features is the reverse charging, which enables the phone to act as a power bank to charge other phones.
What to Expect from 6i
realme 6i share the same battery capacity with realme C3, which is 5000mAH. The phone is distinguished with a quad-camera with AI technology and 48 megapixels which will give you the best photography experience and amazing shots. realme 6i comes with a 6.5-inch full screen and as for the processor, it also shares the same MediaTek Helio but G8, which still makes it the world’s first phone to use this processor.
Realme’s Goals in The Egyptian Market
Josef Wang, the general manager of realme Middle East and Africa Operation, aspires to cover all the users’ needs in Egypt stating “We aim to further improve our expertise in several smartphone categories that cover, entry-level devices; mid-range devices; and flagships, this is to expand and cover all the needs of users in the Egyptian market during 2020.”
With the successful launches of realme’s phones, Wang stated that the company’s next phase is introducing new products that depend on the internet to the market, such as Smartwatches, Smart Accessories and Smart TVs.
realme main goal is to put the customer first. They want the accessibility between the customer and the product to be easy and reachable; therefore, they are expanding their point of sales. Wang stated in an interview that, “realme has capped the year with 3,500 retail stores and this year we are aiming to cap the year with 5,000 retail stores in order to expand our opportunities to sell and most importantly facilitate the process of purchase for the Egyptian public.”
