Ramadan has always been a prime season for brands to connect with audiences on a deeper level, and in 2025, home appliance companies have stepped up their game with campaigns that blend emotion, humor, and star power.

  • Final Thoughts

From Carrier’s action-packed thrill with Ahmed Ezz to Midea’s AI-powered comedy, and from Fresh’s vibrant celebration to El Araby’s heartfelt tribute to mothers, each brand has taken a unique approach to capturing attention. While some campaigns lean into nostalgia and warmth, others focus on fun and excitement, proving that home appliances are more than just household essentials, they are part of the moments that matter.

Unionaire

Unionaire is yet back again with another heartwarming campaign in Ramadan 2025 that is all about how the appliances they manufacture are always there to witness the love and appreciation that people tend to provide for their loved ones. This year’s campaign “30 سنة عايشين لحبايبنا” Which translates to “30 years of living for our loved ones” is a heartwarming, nostalgia-infused tribute campaign made especially for families and their shared home lives.

It successfully positions Unionaire as more than just a home appliance provider. It displays the brand as one that understands and celebrates the moments that turn a place from just a house to a warm home. With a bit more emphasis on product differentiation, this campaign could set a whole new standard for emotional marketing in the home appliance sector. Either way, one thing’s for sure: it’s going to leave a lasting impression this Ramadan on whoever watches their advertisement.

Fresh

With their colorful theme that always tends to color the screens of Ramadan, Fresh chooses to create another “joyful” advertisement with its “فرفشنا الفرافيش” “Farfeshna El-Farafeesh” campaign. Fresh is simply taking a bold and energetic approach this Ramadan.

Unlike the deeply emotional narratives that other home appliance brands implemented in this year’s Ramadan campaigns, Fresh flips the script with a much more colorful approach, amazing visuals, upbeat music, and a fun-loving vibe from Nelly Karim and Rouby that radiates positivity and fun.

The campaign celebrates how Fresh appliances bring ease, convenience, and joy into everyday life. It also focuses on delivering the message that household tasks can be lighter and feel more enjoyable or less tiring in general. The campaign offers a refreshing departure from the usual sentimental Ramadan ads. This positions Fresh as a lively and youthful brand that seems to know how to add happiness to every home.

Carrier

Carrier turns up the action, and the chill, in this 2025 Ramadan with a campaign that’s as thrilling as it is cool. Featuring the charismatic Ahmed Ezz, the campaign, titled “في عز الاكشن كارير متكتكها” ( “In the Heat of Action, Carrier Keeps It Cool”), cleverly highlights the power of Carrier’s new XCool Inverter air conditioner. That is through displaying Ahmed Ezz in various stressful or life-threatening scenarios and showing how cool and chill he acts about it since the new XCool conditioner is up and going. Sweating as he dismantles a bomb? No way! The new Carrier has got his back. Sleeping through a life-threatening fire? No one can blame him if he doesn’t feel a thing because of the new Carrier air-conditioner.

While Carrier’s campaign is undeniably fun and action-packed, I find it leaning heavily on entertainment and excitement. This leaves out key product details. Aside from mentioning that the XCool Inverter is, well, an inverter, there’s little information on its actual specs or standout features.

A bit more focus on energy efficiency, smart cooling technology, or real-life benefits could have added depth. Moreover, while the high-stakes action is thrilling, some viewers might have appreciated a more relatable, everyday scenario to connect with on a personal level.

Midea

Midea’s Ramadan 2025 campaign is one that cleverly blends humor and innovation together. With stand-up star Taha Dsouky leading the way, It delivers a simple yet engaging message: “The AC is doing its job, so you should do yours” (“التكيف شايف شغله اتفضل شوف شغلك”). The ad humorously portrays an office worker trying to adjust the AC, only to be reminded by his boss that Midea’s AI-powered system already does it automatically.

What made this a successful advertisement is the fact that Midea excelled at showcasing the specs of their product and highlighting that they are now adopting a new AI-driven approach that will facilitate things for people and make technology way more accessible than it was before.

The concept is fun, relatable, and effectively highlights the AC’s smart functionality. Overall, Midea successfully makes AI cooling feel effortless and fun. They are proving that sometimes, the smartest tech is the one you don’t have to think about.

El Araby Group

El Araby chose one of the most emotional approaches for their 2025 Ramadan campaign. Their “رمضان يعني ماما” campaign that means “Ramadan means Mom” is one that highlights the importance of all mothers in this holy month. From preparing amazing meals to never ending emotional support, El Araby was able to create a heartfelt tribute to the love, care, and effort mothers pour into their families. The ad beautifully captures the warmth of Ramadan gatherings, showing how El Araby’s appliances quietly support the everyday moments that make Ramadan special.

The emotional storytelling resonates deeply, making it more than just a brand message, it’s a nostalgic celebration of motherhood. While the campaign excels at tugging at heartstrings deeply, a stronger emphasis on product features could reinforce El Araby’s role in making these moments even easier. Still, with its touching narrative and universal theme, this campaign is leaving a print of a certain emotion for people in different ways. For those who still have their mothers around them, for those whose mother got deceased, and for those who never experienced the meaning of having a mother, this campaign will definitely last.

Final Thoughts

The 2025 Ramadan ad season showcases a clear shift in the home appliance sector, storytelling is what brings people to remember the ad clearly later on when Ramadan ends. Brands are moving beyond simple product promotions, choosing instead to entertain, inspire, and connect with their audiences on a deeper level. While some campaigns excel in emotional appeal, others prioritize humor or action. This ensures that there is a bit of each thing for everyone.

However, a common thread remains: the power of relatability and cultural relevance. As the industry continues to evolve, the challenge will be to balance storytelling with product-driven messaging. This is essential as it ensures that creativity will never overshadow the core value these appliances bring to our everyday life.
