Magdi Yaqoub Heart Center: Alb Omo (Angham X Wegz)

Magdi Yaqoub’s Foundation for Hearts never ceases to amaze us in terms of sentiments and emotions. With their new 2025 Ramadan campaign, “قلب امه” (heart of his mother), every single human being watching the ad is moved. The ad features a mother and her son playing and having fun in different scenarios. On the boy’s birthday, the mother notices that he is tired and not playing with the rest of the kids.

Only to have doctors inform her later that his heart is diseased. The ad features a song with the same name as the campaign. With a moving collaboration between Angham and Wegz, the campaign moved a lot of mothers and helped raise donations for the foundation. The campaign’s core message is sentimentality delivered through highlighting that every child is his mother’s heart, and donations can help save children and mothers alike from heartbreak.

Misr El Kheir: Unlock Philanthropy Doors

Misr el Kheir has been one of the main charity portals in Egypt that people donate to. Need educational fees? Misr El Kheir will raise it for you. Someone has a debt that will lead them to be incarcerated if they don’t pay up? No problem; Misr el Kheir will take care of it. In Egypt, Ramadan is the month when every single Egyptian tends to be as generous as they could. And Misr el Kheir knew how to leverage that in their 2025 campaign. Featuring movie star Khaled el Nabawy, the campaign highlights that we should always open the doors for more goodness and light.

Moreover, once you donate, your life will be filled with more blessings. It is an amazing message that encourages people to donate without a second thought. The campaign also shows Khaled el Nabawy going through many doors that take him to different donation possibilities, like a family that is gathering to eat, children at school, kids at hospitals, and so on. This emphasizes the fact that the Misr el Kheir foundation helps get your donations where people need them. They aren’t specified with one thing; rather, they bring goodness to Egypt in many different ways and forms.

Ahl Masr Hospital: See With Your Heart, Not Your Eyes…

The journey for this campaign started 8 years ago when a group of celebrities decided to paint their faces and sing a song featuring children that were victims of unfortunate burn incidents. The old campaign featured lyrics that called people to donate in order to build the Ahl Masr Hospital for Burn Victims. However, in 2025, as an appreciation, the Ahl Masr campaign featured the same song, which is called “شوف بقلبك مش بعنيك” (see with your heart and not your eyes), but with a slight lyric change.

One that highlights the fact that when people started looking at these victims with their hearts and not eyes, donations came through and the hospital was successfully built. The emotional message of giving people a chance without judging how they look has touched millions of Egyptians and made that 8-year-old dream come to life. The campaign featured celebrity giants like Hany El Dakak, Yosra, Dorra, Tamer Hagras, Dalia el Behairy, and more! With all of them singing along with children that are fire survivors, the campaign will definitely leave its own print on our hearts.

57357 Hospital: Abla Fahita Singing for Children

We all shudder when we hear the word cancer. It is one word capable of giving any parent the worst nightmares of their lives. That is why 57357 hospital helps raise awareness for donations that save hundreds of children’s lives. Ones that cancer affects greatly. For this year, in its 2025 Ramadan ad, their campaign features Abla Fahita. This is a very famous Egyptian satirical puppet that has its own show. Voiced by a male actor, Abla Fahita is known to be funny, sarcastic, and loving. The usage of Abla Fahita in the new 57357 campaign is something that will make the campaign last in our minds for quite some time.

The ad features Abla Fahita singing “يا سلامة النونا” while calling out for children to come and play with her. The ad is a mix of fun, excitement, and encouraging energy. The song is encouraging children to get up and play and asking them to be patient as their sickness won’t last long and they’ll be able to beat it in no time. We all know that children love puppets, and the idea to encourage them through featuring Abla Fahita is successful campaign thinking and one that will last in our minds and the children’s as well.

Al Nas Hospital: Kol Sana Sawa Sawa

Al Nas Hospital’s 2025 campaign feels as if you’re stepping into a vibrant, circus-like wonderland. One that has a lot of star power and heart. Led by Tamer Hosny’s upbeat song “Kol Sana Sawa Sawa” (كل سنة سوا سوا), the ad bursts with energy and warmth, featuring an all-star lineup including Naguib Sawiris, Esaad Younis, Hend Sabry, Yousra, Hana El Zahed, Ahmed Khaled Saleh, and more. The sight of children giggling, dancing, and soaking in the love is enough to make anyone’s heart swell. It’s more than just a call for donations. As a matter of fact, it’s a reminder that when love, unity, and a little bit of showbiz magic come together, hope becomes unstoppable. This campaign doesn’t just aim to raise funds; it lifts spirits and proves that joy can be a powerful medicine too.

Final Thoughts!

The importance of non-governmental organizations is one that cannot be highlighted enough. That is, because they open many portals and opportunities for children, parents, and anyone in need of a certain help. They simply empower people and give them the support they need. That is why the campaigns that are rising every Ramadan are ones that spread awareness, love, and shows people the power of unity. Tell us which ad you liked the most in Ramadan of 2025.
