There are certain brands that we always wait for their campaigns especially if they’re known to launch creative adverts.

This year we listed our most anticipated campaigns in Ramadan and one of the brands was the real estate developer Palm Hills Developments.

While we were waiting for Palm Hills Developments to join the race with a creative campaign just like last Ramadan, the brand announced that it won’t participate this month and there’s no Ramadan advert.

Instead, the brand is launching a digital campaign that hasn’t revealed its details yet.

What Is Palm Hills Developments Plan for Ramadan 2023?

On the 24th of March, which marks the second day of March, Palm Hills Developments announced through its social media channels Facebook and Instagram that it won’t be releasing a Ramadan advert this time. This is actually the first time Palm Hills Developments doesn’t participate in this season of adverts, especially after last year’s huge success.

So far the real estate developer hasn’t revealed what exactly it will be doing but it started an interesting digital campaign with the hashtag Doing Good Builds A Life or  [خير_يبني_حياة#]

Doing Good Builds A Life

Yesterday, the brand posted on its social media a teaser of its new campaign but hasn’t revealed any of its details.

Palm Hills Developments has posted a video on its Facebook page and Instagram account that says that this Ramadan, it will launch a different campaign in a collaboration with Al Nas Hospital, Magdy Yacoub Foundation, The Egyptian Food Bank, and Egyptian Clothing Bank.

The brand also collaborated with a few celebrities like the actor Ahmed Magdy, The influencer Nourhanne Eisa and Ramez Youssef using the same hashtag.

These celebrities have posted videos on their social media platform sharing their thoughts about doing good deeds in Ramadan and that this is the right time to help each other.

They also asked their followers to vote on which entity to donate to.

Giving Back To Society

At the heart of every community lies the potential to make a positive impact, and at the core of every individual is the desire to do good. Doing good builds a life, not just for ourselves, but for those around us as well. With a strong focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR), we believe that every business can play a critical role in building a better world.

Ramadan is the month of giving, doing good deeds, and spreading positivity. With the recent economic situation, many people are in need of help as some can’t even afford to buy food.

This is what Palm Hills Developments is doing this Ramadan, instead of paying a huge amount of money for an advert, it will use it to help people through the previously mentioned NGOs.

Throwback To Old Adverts By Palm Hills Developments

In Ramadan 2021, Palm Hills Developments collaborated with the superstar Amr Diab and released a jingle-based advert, and last Ramadan, the real estate developer followed a whole different direction. The brand launched a campaign in the form of a mini-series starring Ahmed Malek and each episode took place in a different location in Badya by Palm Hills Developments.

The episodes were directed by the famous director Ali Ali and they went viral as most people were always waiting for the next episode till it ended on the last day of Ramadan.

Share with us what you think of what Palm Hills Developments is doing, was it a smart move not to participate with a Ramadan advert like the previous years?
