In 2022, Mountain View rose to be one of Egypt’s top 3 real estate developers among a roster of 10 competing tycoons. Now, one may think this could mostly be traced back to offering prestigious communities and offering the promise of seclusion we all yearn for.

However, Mountain View’s fortes are actually rooted in a number of factors.

And on that note, we’ve accumulated a brief overview of Mountain View’s efforts that have placed the brand at the forefront of Egypt’s real estate industry; and could possibly advance it even further in 2023.

1. Substantial Year-on-Year Sales Growth

As one may commonly know, real estate isn’t a game for the faint-hearted. And Mountain View’s sales figures certainly reflect that. Over the years 2018–2022, the developer has achieved a whopping 1,550% growth while outranking 7 developers and coming in 3rd place in 2022.

In 2018, Mountain View recorded annual sales worth EGP 2 Billion and reported its 2022 annual sales to be EGP 31 Billion. And if you think these sales figures were purely people looking to move into new homes, think again. Mountain View has proven to be a trustworthy investment avenue for people looking to yield a substantial return on their investments.

2. An Outstandingly Diverse Number of Projects

To this day, Mountain View has a total of 15 projects across New Cairo, 6th of October, Ain Sokhna, and Ras El Hikma. And most of these projects are residential, Mountain View has ensured that each one still fulfills any commercial needs its residents may have.

What’s more, Mountain View has maintained its world-class signature living spaces across all these locations; be it in city-like or park-like projects.

3. Revolutionary Product Offerings & Design Concepts

Among Mountain View’s many success factors, are its product offerings; be it in its design aesthetic, unique landscaping, or even surrounding amenities. However, Mountain View’s key offering is “experiencing happiness“; and a few projects have noticeably delivered that promise . . .

Mountain View’s iVilla: A Seamless Collision of Affordability & Elegance

Originally located in Mountain View’s Hydepark-, the Ivilla is the culmination of international efforts that brought together this exquisite smart home solution; designed specifically for Mountain View.

The Ivilla is a four-story unit that offers its residents everything that caters to affordable world-class living such as individual entrances, gardens, rooftops, and spacious floor spaces. In addition to that, the villa offers total and maximum privacy to its residents despite having neighbors next to them.

The concept behind the Ivilla is encouraging its citizens to adopt sustainable lifestyles without jeopardizing their posh lifestyles, and it has proven to be one of Mountain View’s most triumphant projects.

Mountain View’s “Millenial Apartments”: Cairo’s Beach-Side Heaven

Another one of Mountain View’s offerings that uniquely enables happy communities, is its millennial apartment.

Located in several of Mountain View’s projects, the millennial apartment comfortably sits at the edge of beachy sands enveloped by crystal waters and greenery all around.

Surrounded by stretches of landscapes and picturesque scenery, the millennial apartment is the modern-day unit type that offers both practicality and relaxation to its residents.  Overlooking blue lagoons, the millennial apartment is also surrounded by several garden spaces, underground parking, and a Mountain View clubhouse.

If there’s one common factor across Mountain View’s work, it’s the unified promise of exquisite architecture and natural beauty that are embedded in each project.

4. Marketing Campaigns That Prove Real Estate Isn’t Just About Hard Selling

Advertising is a game of memory among Egypt’s leading brands, and Mountain View’s campaigns have certainly left a mental imprint on their audiences. Capitalizing on the concept of relevancy, Mountain View has seamlessly delivered marketing messages that resonate with mainstream matters amongst its community.

And here are 2 examples of that success . . .

The “Bubble Free Campaign”: An Award-Winning Ode to Human Connections

While real estate tycoons may typically advertise their services and amenities, posh lifestyles, and strategic proximity, Mountain View decided to communicate a more intimate benefit: human connections; while featuring football superstar, Mohamed Salah; who is also Mountain View’s brand ambassador.

As some might think, the campaign was not a reflection of a sudden change in the developer’s philosophy, but the continuation of a notion that had been executed across 15 mega projects. Aside from its local virality, the advert received global praise and won the 2022 Silver EPICA Award; making Mountain View the first Egyptian real estate developer to score such a triumph in the advertising world.

“The Best View”: Reuniting Families When It Matters The Most

Last but certainly not least, is Mountain View’s latest Ramadan campaign which seamlessly touched the hearts of millions for one simple reason: the tradition of bringing families together during the holy month. Instead of communicating the familiar slogan of “Where will your next iftar be?”, Mountain View positioned itself as the place that unites family members; an important value for Egyptians during Ramadan.

Unlike most real estate ads, Mountain View needn’t bother to promote its luxurious living spaces or high-end living standards. Instead, it released a heartfelt campaign that reflected one of Mountain View’s core values: a family bond. In this campaign, Mountain View gathers its residents’ families abroad and organizes their trips to Egypt to surprise their families and join them for Iftar after being apart for many years. Naturally, the advert sparked several emotional reactions from its viewers.

What’s Next for Mountain View?

Now that we’ve listed 4 ways Mountain View has maintained its success, allow us to add one more: following a differentiation strategy in a saturated market. In a shark tank of developers, Mountain View has undoubtedly created a humanistic brand that doesn’t just provide property but offers integrated communities.

And after achieving such monumental growth and success, Mountain View has now proven to be a name people can confidently trust, and generate substantial ROI from; be it for residential or investment purposes.

And we are eagerly waiting to see what’s on the horizon for the pioneering developer in 2023 . . .
