The campaign highlights that TMG has been a leader in the real estate sector for 55 years. It highlights how TMG has successfully turned deserted lands into civilaized cities, delivered 160 thousand units, 15 million landscape meter coverage, 112 thousand trees planted, grand shopping centers, 35 worship buildings, built the very first smart city, and over 29 thousand students benefiting from the luxury of TMG-built schools. With all of these achievements showcased, who would think twice before heading to TMG’s website to inquire about their dream residence?

AlAhly Sabbour: 30 Years of Homes Waiting…

With a slogan of “30 years of homes waiting..” The ad featured many celebrity giants like Sawsan Badr and Ahmed El Saadany who brought the campaign’s vision to life. Moreover, the ad’s success was mainly because of the emotional performance of Elissa’s song “Helwa w Ehna Sawa.”

The message that the ad aims to deliver is that we all get tired from our daily lives, work, stress,and even being too busy. Sometimes it makes all the difference in your day to know that you’re finally about to leave everything and head “home.” The slogan shows that AlAhly Sabbour as a development company has been in the real estate sector for 30 successful years that has brought nothing other than peoples’ dreams together by matching them with their real estate dream residence.

 

Badya By Palm Hills: A Ready Life With No Moment to Spare

Instead of the colorful themes and blockbuster songs, Palm Hills Development chose a creative approach with a funny twist to market for Badya, their new real estate project. The ad features Asser Yassin meeting some acquaintances at Badya’s club house who he just found out that they too live in Badya. The group is trying to make plans but are failing comically to succeed on agreeing on a certain day to meet.

The campaign aims to deliver that Badya has everything. From a university to a message center. Each day has no moment to spare because Badya provides you with a residential place that has it all ready, up, and going! The ad is light, creative, funny, and smart. It focused on making you smile along with dictating each and every single facility that Badya provides potential residents with.

 

Hyde Park Developments: The Difference is Big!

Hussien El Jasmy’s voice while singing “الفرق كبير”  is one that blessed the Hyde Park developments ad. This is an ad that highlights a certain feeling that we might tend to forget about from time to time. Their ad highlights how someone can go to great lengths and extent that will help them get to talk to someone and know them better.

The campaign aims to deliver a message that Hyde Park gathers people together, has everything from jogging lanes to cafes and entertainment centers, this real estate development project is here to show you how inclusive it is and how they differ from other competitors. The ad featured celebrity giants Hussein Fahmy, Mervat Amin, Amr Youssef, Kenda Aloush, and more! The campaign brings people closer and points out that Hyde Park is exactly where you want to be in order to feel that familiar family warmth.

 

Madinet Masr: Tamer Hosny Owning The Spotlight

With Abdul’Allah Sallam being the CEO of the company, this is one shark that knows how to create stability, prosperity, and successful ad campaigns. The ad features Tamer Hosny singing “لو غمضت عينيك.” A song that delivers the message of the campaign that all dreams come true through Madinet Masr. Madinet Masr has long been a pioneer in the real estate sector. One that made it easier for young people to buy their own residential units and be as independent as they can.

The ad creatively takes us on a magical ride with Tamer Hosny singing for his lady about the dream life that they could have through the innovations of Madinet Masr. From playing the guitar with the full moon as the background to cinema dates to having fun with their kids in the park, the ad shows how Madinet Masr will offer the perfect family and stability dream that anyone can ever wish for.

 

The MarQ Communities: Build Your Memories

The MarQ communities created an ad campaign that is so hard to not resonate with anyone. The campaign focuses on “Maro’s box of memories” a box that we all had when we were young. One where we store our favorite and most cherished objects from when we’re young to the moment we own our own residential unit. The ad highlights the importance of “building memories.” And the MarQ Communities aim to deliver that they can help you own the place that will assist you in creating memories with your loved ones in an inclusive place that will attend to every single need you or your family may have.

In Ramadan 2025, the ad also ends with a touching movement that shows a positive collaboration between the The MarQ Communities and The Egyptian Food Bank. The ad shows residents from the MarQ helping in packing food for Ramadan in Egyptian Food Bank cartons that will be delivered to whoever needs it. This shows that this real estate company is one that cares deeply and not just for their residents but also for people in need of anything in general.

 

Tameer: Not All Words are Empty

Tameer’s Azad Views chose a comical approach to market for their credibility. They chose a campaign “ مش كل كلام يبقى اي كلام” that helped solidify their “word” for being truthful and not just empty. The ad features a couple who are going through situations in which Egyptians tend to simply say empty words that they don’t mean. Like one comical scene of someone talking on the phone saying “I’m waiting outside” while the other party is literally under the shower and replying: “A minute and I’ll be there I’m just tying my shoe laces.”

The message behind this comical campaign is the fact that Tameer don’t just promise with empty words, they have ready to move to units, units that are still under construction, and up tp 7 years of comfortable installmenet options that can help anyone pick their dream home easily and without experiencing any lies or exaggerations.

 

INERTIA: I Want No One But You!

The Inertia campaign for Ramadan 2025 is one that helps you unlock new possibilities through the imagination of being among these people you are watching in the ad. The campaign is led by Amir Eid and Bahaa Sultan’s song “انا مش عايز غيرك.” This is a song that highlights and delivers the message of the campaign. The message is that “home doesn’t have to be a place, it can also be a person.” And Inertia aims to make sure that people who find a home in one another find the perfect residential dream that helps them feel like they belong.

 

Organi Group: Up to What Number Can You Count?

Using celebrity giants like Angham, Ahmed Saad, and Mohammad Lotfy. Moreover, it had Ahmed Malek and Dina El Sherbiny included. The campaign is one that pays tribute to how original and unique Egypt is. That is, when it comes to innovation in the real estate sector. The ad highlighted the many sectors that the Organi Group supports. Such as hotel and hospitality management, construction sector, security services, trade and export sector, manufacturing sector, and the real estate sector. The ad highlights the importance of being detailed oriented. Moreover, it shows the massive counts that are under the Organi Group. The ad’s slogan is a creative “تعرف تعد لحد كام؟” question. One that emphasizes that no one would be able to count the number of achievements and milestones that the Organi Group has already made and will make in the future.

 

 

Horizon Egypt Development: In The Pursuit of “Sa’ada”

Horizon Egypt Development chose to create a simple 0:48 second campaign teaser. One that teases the audience on what their Sa’ada project is all about. The ad features Georgina Rodriguez whose seen walking down to a fancy arabian-themed tent that has Mayyas dancing in aesthetic patterns. Georgina reads a note left for her and then leaves. With one destination on her mind: Sa’ada. The campaign aims to beautify Sa’ada as a project and shows you that Georgina is always in the pursuit of happiness or shall I say “Sa’ada?”

 

El Morshedy Group: El Helwa Zahra

In Ramadan 2025, Morshedy’s campaign for their Zahra Developments is something that is as colorful and filled with movements as we’re used to. Featuring Ahmed Saad ft Antigoni, the ad is filled with summer colors, fresh looks, and a lot of groovy dances! The song features Ahmed Saad’s layered voice with a feminine touch from Antigoni’s nice and crisp voice. The campaign follows the same message for Zahra. Which is how beautiful it is and how you will never need for anything if you have a residential unit in Zahra. The ad is filled with fun vibes that makes the audience vibe to the song’s catchy lyrics and overall vibe of the ad.

 

Wadi Degla Developments: Kol Sana Wenta Tayeb

Wadi Degla has been one of the top prestigious clubs in Egypt since the beginning of ages. Their new campaign for Ramadan 2025 is one that is a light and fun campaign. Featuring Maged El Kedwany and his hypothetical friend Emad Farid, the ad shows that Maged got a notification that reminds him of his friend’s birthday. A song starts playing with Essiley’s voice blessing our ears.

The ad then shows El Kedwany appearing at the most inconvenient places. That is, to wish Farid a happy birthday by lip syncing to Essiley’s song. Places like a meeting room, a padel match, and even at home. The thing is, it’s Farid’s discomfort and the naggy persistence from El Kedwany that hilariously captures our hearts. The ad’s song is one that got on the number one trendy songs board in Egypt. This marks great success for the ad and campaign. The campaign aims to deliver a light message that each and every year Wadi Degla is with his audience and supports them in every single step of the way.

 

Margins Development: The Return of Wama

Wama, a 2000s well-known and loved Egyptian band has stopped releasing songs as a band but in Ramadan 2025, the band reunited for a heartwarming ad campaign for Margins Development. The ad also features Essad Younis hosting the band and her loved ones at her Margins Development residence. The warmth and heartfelt moments that you get from the campaign is one that makes you feel like you want to belong with them. The Wama reunion is another contributing factor that audience appreciated and loved seeing. This revival is one that gave Margins Development one of the successful campaigns in this Ramadan.

The ad leveraged Esaad Younis’s wits and charm to always appear as the voice of reason. That is, for a couple who are hesitant on whether or not they should buy a house, flat, apartment, etc. The ad is all about understanding the many benefits that you get from Beitak Fe Masr. The benefits are 10% of discount and payment facilitations due to the fact that whoever is investing is living abroad and not in Egypt. Also “Beitak Fe Masr Developments” has everything someone needs like hospitals, universities, clubs, parks, malls, and even entertainment centers. This is one of the campaigns that highlight the many benefits you get from such an investment in a light yet informative way.

 

Nest By N Developments: Every Life’s Beginning

The campaign for Nest by N Developments is a predictful real estate campaign. One that focuses on family life and how to enhance it by buying the best residential unit. The ad features Wael El Gassar singing “Beyestanak” a song that resonates perfectly with the campaign’s core message. The ad shows the family in different scenarios. Like playing around a lake, enjoying a jog, a good bicycle ride, and more. This displays the many facilities that N Developments offers through Nest.
