The company was awarded in 2019 by international independent HR certification company, the Top Employers Institute, as a Top Employer.
The certification acknowledges the company as having defined and implemented HR strategies that support their employees.
Etisalat at Tech Fuze; Connecting With Future Talents
Showing off their brand-new award at the first ever Tech Fuze Summit in Cairo earlier this month, Etisalat, a main sponsor and partner of the event, participated with two booths under the slogan of “together towards the future technology”.
Dalia El Gezery, Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer at Etisalat Misr, talked about the partnership stating “we decided to sponsor this big event for multiple reasons topped by getting to know more distinctive calibers in the Telecommunications and Technology Field…This is based on our deep belief that offering the best service to the customer will not be accomplished as an objective unless by providing a distinctive workplace and efficient employees.”
Etisalat’s Vice President of IT, Amr Fathy, also gave a keynote speech at the event on the current technology scene and how embracing new technologies improve and push the world forward.
As generations change and technology evolves, so do the best practices in both serving the customer and the employee. Etisalat’s newest award certifies the company as an employer that cares about quality of life and service for both.
El Gezery pointed out that the crowning of Etisalat Misr as a Top Employer in 2019 was based on the company’s strategy where it provides workplace of choice to all employees and enhancing the success of the company’s vision, especially when it comes to developing the resources which will be reflected positively on the services to the company’s customers.

At their booth, the telecom’s company offered advice, information and guidance to both young and experienced attendees, as well as showing several of their offerings; including simulating their business account management mobile app, a customer chatbot tool, and their network-healing solution for issue diagnosis.
