Before he announce his retirement in 20 December 2013, Aboutrika won 3 Africa Cup of Nations titles for Egypt and also helped Al Ahly to conquer the continent several times plus he helped Al-Ahly to get the bronze medal in the FIFA Club World Cup in 2006. One of the most notable stars in the Pharaohs national team. Aboutrika was chosen Africa Best Player of the Year 4 times in 2006, 2008, 2012, and 2013.

AbouTrika is undoubtedly one of the best players ever in Egyptian football history. The Egyptian iconic Midfielder have gathered allot of tittles by his fans and lovers including The Happiness Maker, Al Magico [The Magician].

Coca Cola Egypt come up with a new ad featuring the talented midfielder “AbouTrika” instructions and life journey advise to the new generation of football players to be the next Egyptian Football Magician:
