‘Click and Collect’ Service
Following the precautionary measures by the World Health Organization, Majid Al-Futtaim launched a new service under the name of ‘Click and Collect’ to help their clients engage and support their customers for a more seamless shopping experience.
Even though we adapted to the current situation of the world pandemic, we still go through hard times where we need to avoid going out in public places. Not going out prevents us from doing the simplest tasks, like shopping. This is why Majid Al Futtaim stepped in and presented its customers with a creative and digital transformative solution.
This new service is available on the malls’ website where you simply view and select your order from the various selection of brands along with its restaurants and beverage outlets which can be placed through the Via Drive-Thru application. The customer can use the service to shop and then place their orders and collect them from select locations.
The new ‘Click and Collect’ service is available at the following places: Mall of Egypt, City Centre Almaza, City Centre Alexandria, and City Centre Maadi.
